TroubleShooter - Serie F

EFM provides an inexpensive means of containing potentially hazardous spills with the portable TroubleShooter™ Series F.

The TroubleShooter Series F is ideal for containment of leaking drums or as drip pads for valves or fittings, depending on the volume to be contained. They can also be used as decontamination pads for washdown of personnel or equipment contaminated with hazardous waste.

The TroubleShooter consists of a one-piece lightweight unit with rigid sides supported by 4" or 6" diameter closed cell foam, and has the capability to contain volumes up to 220 gallons.

Depending on the application, the unit can be fabricated from a variety of materials, which are heavy-duty and chemical resistant. The standard material of construction, Bio Fab 240, has been found to be acceptable in most applications.

The Troubleshooter is a temporary containment system. Spills contained by the TroubleShooter should be transferred to permanent receptacles as soon as possible. EFI can custom make units to fit your special applications.

TroubleShooter - Serie A

The TroubleShooter Series A is a portable containment system that can easily be transported and quickly installed at the site for temporary storage of hazardous materials. It's the ideal containment system to collect liquid from leaking drums as well as overflow spills from tank trucks.

The TroubleShooter, which consists of a one-piece unit with semi-rigid sides supported by 2" wide aluminum L-brackets, has the capability to contain volumes up to 10,000 gallons. Depending on the application, the unit can be fabricated from a variety of materials, which are heavy-duty and chemical resistant. The standard material of construction, BioFab 240, has been found to be acceptable in most applications.

The TroubleShooter can be managed by one person, from set-up to dismantling. The TroubleShooter can be set up on any level, relatively smooth surface, including grass, sand, concrete or asphalt. However, the surface must remain stable and intact while supporting the anticipated weight.

Although the TroubleShooter is made of tough, heavy-duty material, should the units become damaged, they can be returned to EFI for repair, or they can be repaired in the field with patching and sealing kits available as accessories.
